How to import xls file

The 'CSV Product Import' extension works with csv files only. The xls file is available in the description just as an example of the data structure and it should be converted to csv before importing. In MS Excel application you can save the file as UNICODE TEXT and next import it with parameters:

field delimiter - tab
charset - UNICODE

All warnings can be ignored while converting the file to a csv format. Please have a look at the attached screenshots where some tips are given.
If you experience any problems with the saved csv file, please send me a copy of your csv file and I will let you know right parameters.
